So this is my favorite food on Earth. Home made pasta with garlic oil. I’m a huge foodie (obviously), but this food always excites me so much. It is also very cheap and just AMAZINGLY filling and delicious!

For the pasta dough just take 3 cups of all-purpose flour and mix it with 1 cup of water. Knead the dough and wrap the dough ball in a cooking sheet and leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough ball on a floured surface with a rolling pin until it is thin. Cut wide strips out of it (something like papardelles). Bring a big pot of water to boil. Boil the pasta for 3-4 minutes, drain and serve immediately with this garlic oil: crush 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic, add about 100 ml olive oil and 100 ml soy sauce. Mix and pour about 2-3 tbsp of this sauce to a served pasta portion. I also add a little bit of crushed pepper. Enjoy! :) (this recipe is for 2 HUGE portions or 3 middle-sized ones).
